This is one of my favorite foods in Thailand. It is usually served as a street food the other version of this is the one I ate in Khaosan Road, Bangkok (being cooked in front of you in a pan together with their different noodles). This is prepared from 3 to 5 minutes. Some of these goes with Egg, Chicken or Shrimp then you can add some chili, peanuts and squeeze with lemon to satisfy your taste buds.This is one of the best tasting foods in Thailand. Happy Eating..
